As an owner I have been asked these questions several times.....Why is your company better than the others?  or Why should we use you and not your competitor? 

I just tell them to ask them selves these questions:

• Is the service you are currently using punctual?
• Does your current service offer direct communication methods between you and the driver?
• Does the service stress on your privacy and strive to provide you with the same driver as much as possible?
• Does your current service provide you with a way to get in touch with the owner directly 24/7 in case of a problem?
• Does it provide you with a toll free customer service number?

If the answer is no to any of the above questions than I can say with confidence that they are not getting the service for the dollars that they spend, And if they answer yes to all of the above questions then they are already one of our customers.
